BI Pub archiving in 9.1

using jde 9.1 update 2 Tools 9.1.4  running on AS400

on server jde.ini

UBEDebugLevel=0

have tried to change output File name in Override Output FileName tab in RD - Bursting

- Override Output File Name: clicked

- Data Item for Output File Name: 0003RS

- Define File Name / Structure Menber Value: /Invoice_NumberPTC_ID27   (xml field tag from RD Source)

- the PDF is still being outputted to the IFS with the default filename.

what else needs to be done?

ps. have removed bursting from RD (re bug 18480153) still the same
