OPM Batch's ingredients got reserved automatically...

Hi,

When we create the batch in instance, system automatically reserve the quantities where no pick rule used. We do not want to reserve the quantity automatically since we have few constrains in allocate them.

Items are lot controlled.

Items are having status control.

We enabled and disabled reservation check box in Material Status code, even ingredients are got reserved in both option. We did not provide supply subinventory in PE parameters as well in Master Items' OPM tab.

Please guide us, how to avoid auto reservation in OPM batches?
