Server Components failing almost everyday

Hi,

I have a problem wherein the workflow policy isnt triggering. I got all the condition correct and it still wont fire. when I took a look at generate triggers job it sits at cancelled. The component monitor shows generate trigger as online.

Task: No single entry

Update:

ok I've seen that there was an error on the wf monitor agent Order Workflow Monitor Agent FRP. SBL-ESC-00006: Unable to connect to the database. Not sure what this means. Can anyone suggest a solution for this and also why this is happening?
