Demo Junior E910 OCM have been wrongly misconfigured

hi,  some time ago i have added 2 entries into OCM to test the OCM mapping...and then i specified different user roles to test the A/V and N/A and allow option 1-3 in..

no idea all of sudden i can't open most of the basic applications like P01012, P4210, etc.. it stated invalid command on the fat client taskbar screen

pls find attached for the details..
