How to monitor Jboss EAP Server on Enterprise Manager 12c

Hi all,

I have a Jboss EAP 6.2.0, I want to add this server to Enterprise Manager 12c (12.1.0.4):

------Required information---------------

* JBoss Application Server Host

* JMX Connector Port

* JBoss Server Version

* Username

* Password

* Agent

---------------------------------------------------

After fills all required information, and all services are available on Jboss server,  OEM 12c still can not find the Jboss Appplication Server on this port (server).

Can you help me?
