Incorrect Calculation of rent

Dear all,

When creating lease using Frequency: Monthly and Proration Rule: 365 Days / Year. The expectation is that the 23 days rent will be calculated in the first period. This is not happening per the example below:

Actual Amount: 1066347.07

Frequency: Monthly

Start Date: 08-NOV-2013

End Date: 24-JUL-2023

Correct calculation

(1,066,347.07 / 30) * 23  = 817532.75

But system Calculation amount is 806,333.67
