Upgrade from Instantis 8.6 to 8.7

Hi,

What is a typical effort to upgrade from version 8.6 to 8.7 ? I mean, it is only a technical upgrade that I should ask through a SR or it involves extra consulting effort ? In this case it is a very recent implementation (went live in May 2014) with less than 20 users.
