P2V solaris 10 failing with version -1 error

Losing my mind here a little bit, because I know I've encountered this and worked around it, but I can't find my notes. argh!

Anyway, relatively straight forward P2V, going from sun4v to a zone on a sun4u, I get this message:

Sanity Check: image release version -1 does not match system release version 10, the zone is not usable on this system.

The command I ran on the target system was zoneadm -z zonename install -u -a /mnt/archive.flar

os version is 150400-03

The command I ran on the system to create the archive was this:
