Warning Message with no content

Has anyone received a warning message when running a dataload into ARM and then have a warning message that is blank?  The data does not show in the balances area of ARM but the period activity column shows data.  FDMEE doesn't seem to have any issues and ODI shows everything ran cleanly.  The warning appears during the "Data Load" process which is after Staging and as far as I know is already inside of ARM.  Has anyone seen that?  Also, when I run the dataload in the Test environment I see data, but not in Production, but the error is
