Subledger Error message: Scaling Error-No nonfixed ingredients in formula. Error during batch close

I am getting a subledger error stating 'Scaling Error - No nonfixed ingredients for forumla. Error during Batch close. Batch skipped' Doc ID 430036.1 says this error is caused by the contribute to yield flag in the formula being set to NO for all ingredients.  However that is not the case for the batch and  formula pertaining to the error message.  Also, other batches are using the same formula and version and they are not getting this error message.  Is there any other reason that this message appears when the subledger is run.  Thank you.
