I have a problem: I have a two servers M10 where the ILOM use private network

I have a problem: I have a two servers M10 where the ILOM use private network, namely, The IP ILOM have 142.1.1.13 and my asr server have to public network IP is equal 10.209.25.190. as you can see...the servers have to server console with two network public and private, but have Solaris 11...how to do for connect the ILOM's to my ASR server...
