Balance comparision method - "Balance match # and No Activity"?

For reconciliations with Balance comparision method, the options are "Balance match %" and "Balance match #". Is there a way to add Activity to this comparison.

For eg, "Balance match # and No Activity".

We had requests where the user wanted to keep it open and and not close, if there was any activity, even if the Source and Sub system matches.

Is there a way to set that up - Balance match # and No Activity

If it cannot be set, it would be a nice to have.
