unable to create a manual transaction in AR

Hi,

Iam unable to create a manual transaction, facing the below error:

FRM-40735 pre-form trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.

I have configured a fresh ledger & OU. System parameters are defined, a customer is defined and trying to create a transaction and faced the issue.

Pleasee do let me know if anyone faced a similar issue.
