Quote Warning Delay

hi

in purchasing option there is one field for setup : Quote Warning Delay

When a quotation is due to expire within the number of days you provide here, you receive the following message in the Notifications Summary window: Quotations active or approaching expiration: [number]

after setup the purchasing I set this field to 2 day .but i did not  received any Notifications. how can i active and see this notification.
