How to Configure "Start time" and "End Time" in Self Service(OTL) Time sheet ?

Hi,

   i'm using "Entry Level Processing Projects - Payroll Timecard Layout" Time sheet. i need to configure "Start time" and "End time"  instead of Entering the Total hours directly in the Time sheet.

Please let me know the setups.
