How to do bulk replacement

Hi,

As like bulk receiving, we need to give bulk replacement to customer.

i.e when we enter replaced item and serial number in ship line against every RMA Line, system needs to collect all such booked ship lines and convert it to shipped status..

Is there any request or profile which help to do bulk replacement
