Auto Asset Workflow not creating agreements

Hi All,

I am trying to create agreements whenever a service product's Order is completed. Now the issue is that the Auto Asset WF(SIS OM Apply Completed Service Order Line Item to Service Profile')

does have steps to create agreement ( in the subprocess: 'ISS Promotion Agreement Management Sub Process Workflow') bit the steps need promotion to be attached to the Product. my concern is regarding making an agreement in case the product is having 'Track As Asset' flag as 'N'. Because in this case, there will not be any asset created, so how to create an agreement in this case. Is the same WF (Auto Asset) used for agreement creation in case of order completion for service products or is there any other means for the same.
