Contracts to Order Management Billing and Project Costing

I am looking for some kind of PeopleSoft documentation or help as to how to intergarte PeopleSoft contracts with Order managment. We have OM_BIL implemented to send the transactions to Billing, but  we had to create a custom porcess to send the transactions from Project Costing. Now we want to use the delivered functionality if any to integrate the Contracts with OM. Any help will be much appreciated.
