E811_Full package build on logic server

Hi, i was wondering If i built a client and server side full package and it 's not yet deployed...could it lead to client login error ?

normally user take 8hrs to finish but latest full package built was done at 5hrs + and the svrpkgbuild.log has indicated as below :
