Siebel product import and export automation across environment .

Hello,

Our Current version of Siebel is : 8.0 ENU

Can someone suggest what is oracles recommended approach of migrating products.

We are working in an approach of automating migration of products across siebel environment by siebel webservice and workflow. When we tried to use siebel ExportVOD method in the ISS Authoring Import Export Business service we are facing the issue"

Error invoking service 'ISS Authoring Import Export Service', method 'ExportVOD' at step 'Business Service 0'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

An Error Occurred: internal - Can not Encode(SBL-ISS-00120)


could anyone please help us with this issue or can share any alternate method for product import export automation.
