Upgrade Ops Center 12.1.4 to 12.2.1

Hi,

I have a short but urgent questions regarding upgrade:

When upgrading from 12.1.4 to 12.2.1 one need to upgrade to 12.2 first and then update with PSU 1 to reach 12.2.1. Does this requirement apply to agents too?

Is upgrading EC/PC in 2 stages enough to fulfill that requirement and afterwards one may upgrade agents directly from 12.1.4 to 12.2.1 or also in 2 stages? Or should this be read strictly as complete upgrade from 12.1.4 (with all agents)? Specifically I'm concerned by agents on control domains which upgrade is sometimes troublesome and risky as there are running domains there.
