Branched Hierarchy IllegalParse Error

Hi Experts - While building the Simple domain, I received the below exception "IllegalParse: Intersections do not conform due to a branched hierarchy. The incompatible intersections are medi and cls_.".....

Where Medi is an alternate Hierarchy to SKU & Cls_ is a part of Parent Hierarchy and they are not related.

Any suggestions on what can be possible cause of this issue? Please note that domain is a SIMPLE domain.
