New Advanced Preference - Error/Warning/Information messages (sales order entry)

Hi all!

I have used advanced pricing (mandatory price adjustments) and advanced next status preference  to stop users from entering orders that are incomplete or incorrect (wrong order type/customer type combination and similar). The aim has been to produce an error "mandatory price adjustment missing" or "next status incorrect" when a pre-defined condition exists / does not exist

I can't help thinking that there must be a better way to implement these types of  "sanity checks" in sales order entry! That's why i would like to suggest an enhancement to JDE Sales order module to create a new advanced prerefence to display error/warning/informational messages in sales order entry. This should be relatively easy to implement using existong preferences logic.
