We are pleased to announce that a new type of comprehensive knowledge document is now ready for any administrators, integration/implementation specialists, business analysts or end users to take advantage of. The JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Vertex Knowledge Center (Doc ID 1676973.2) is like a one-stop-shop Information Center, but a lot more thorough... To be specific:

  • The "Overview" page will provide immediate access to recently updated, new, customer recommended, and FAQ documents. Additionally, it provides quick access to pre-filtered MOS Community links based on application module or for Tools & Technology so you do not have to do the searching for relevant discussions.
