Item status in inventory and IB

Hi All,

Serial no. 244806178 is at customer site in Install Base. However, in inventory it is showing as 'Issued out of stores' but showing in org 'A01' and in subinventory 'SYDNEY-STG'.

Item associated is 120890 (RECT MOD 48V,1800W,3U,APR48-3G).

Is it stuck in inventory? Users want to scrap this unit and want to know hoe to proceed further in this.
