Siebel SSSE problem

Hi all

I am trying to figure out why an activity seems to be stuck in SSSE.  By this I mean that it was successfully synced to the owner's calendar, however, SSSE is still trying to sync it even though the records has not been changed.  Looking at the logs, it is mentioned in every log for every cycle for this user.  I have looked at the S_SD_SYNC_INFO table and there is no mention of the record or the user in it.  The issue here is that this sync is generating emails to the user as well as other employees on the
