Picking Logic in WMS

Hi,

Here is the situation: there is a zone where the picking is by pallet (let's call it Zone A) and another zone where the picking is by case (let's call it Zone , the instruction is random rule for UoM PL and a fixed location to pick by cases (CA). There are 45 cases on a pallet for an item,

Inventory at the time the sale order has been created 2 pallets and 44 cases where available in the branch/plant.

Sale order has been created to ship 90 cases. (so no back order generated).

By the time the suggestions have been generated, 1 pallet has been remove from the inventory, that means not enought full pallet where available (in zone A) and the system suggest to pick 1 pallet in zone A and 44 cases in zone B and there is a suggestion at statut 300 with erreur message 3448.
