Is it ok to use P4112, P4113, P4114 with LPN turned on?

I understand P4112, P4113, P4114 are not supported with advanced warehouse since F4602 is not updated by these transactions and could cause discrepancies with F41021.  If F4602 is deactivated with License Plate turned on, would it now be ok to use these programs?  What are the consequences?
