Edit > Change Records not functioning properly in 8.1.1.11 patchset8

We are using Siebel 8.1.1.11 with patchset8 installed.  We have noticed on our Asset Management Screen > Asset Mgtm - Assets View > Asset Mgmt - Asset List Applet > Asset Mgmt - Asset, that Edit > Change Records is not functioning properly on some fields.  The fields are configured with PickLists and are joined in.  They also have a Pick Applet configured at the Applet level.  When we select multiple records and choose Edit > Change Record from the menu, we then select the field and enter a value and choose Ok.  I can then see that the field
