JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is happy to announce the new JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Vertex Knowledge Center (Doc ID 1676973.2) which is a one-stop-shop for all things Vertex Q Series across applications and technical support groups. This is a tabbed document that is similar to an Information Center, but also includes a great deal of comprehensive reference content (explained below). It is broken down into several pages available via three tabs:

  1. Overview – Like an Information Center’s overview page, but focused on Vertex documents and filtered community links (a “vertex” query included in the MOSC links).
  2. Reference & Resolve – All Vertex knowledge documents broken down by payroll taxes, sales and use taxes, and technical topics. Each topic page then groups the documents by general information, how-to & FAQ, troubleshooting, and, if any exist, documents for open Bugs.
