How to add more than 63 columns in rtf template file in XML

Hello Experts,

Have a requirement where trying to create an extract and that extract has around 67 columns in it.
But when trying to insert a table with more than 63 columns, then MS word is giving an error that it has reached maximum number of columns.

Need to generate an rtf template that has more than 63 columns. Is there a workaround for this issue?
