Saved WEB ADI workbook

How can I upload fixed assets into production using the saved web adi spreadsheet created in the test environment. Here's the scenario, the fixed assets excel spreadsheet was created and uploaded, and saved  in the test instance. While trying to upload the same assets in the production, is there a possibility of linking the saved file to run the upload?
