How to automate Period end and Period Avg rates entry in Oracle General Ledger

Hi Gurus,

Currently my users are manually entering Period end and average rates in GL. We wanted to avoid manual entry by Business Users.

Could you please let me know your thoughts on automating Period end and average rates entry in Oracle GL. is there any profile options in GL to automatically calculate Period end and average rates based on available Daily rates ?

Could you please help me with this request?
