Retropay Enhanced is creating no retro entries even though they appear to be picked up & processed

I have gone through oracle Doc ID 1392896.1 and it is simillar issue we are facing but not sure solution provided in note is application for AU legislation.

We got retro setup and it is working fine for other event updates but do not work for specific event update on assignment.

Event update is for Assignment normal hours which is added to table event update as well as to Event group.

Same event group is attached to Element.

Please note that issue comes only if there is no update to element entry but only to assignment normal hours.

Retro works fine if element entry is updated.
