Refresh Collection Snapshots in source failed

Hi Team,

When we submit Planning Data pull

Refresh Collection Snapshots in Source is failed because of the child request

Child request - APS Collections Refresh Snapshot Thread ----- in Source side is failed and there is no error displayed in log file

DBA is also unable to find the root cause of the issue

Could some one faced similar issue, if so could you suggest what can be done
