Patch 16956815 : OEXOEHDR.pll fails

Hi All

We applied the above patch and it failed with

ERROR generating library "resource/OEXOEHDR.plx" from input file
/u02/app/TESTappl/au/12.0.0/resource/OEXOEHDR.pll

Results of library generation:
(from file /u02/app/TESTappl/au/12.0.0/resource/OEXOEHDR.err
AD Worker has deleted the original .err file)

FRM-30312: Failed to compile the library.

Version of OEXOEHDR.pld 120.176.12010000.56  and  OEXUORDS.pls 120.1.12010000.2
