Apply Patch 18122013 CPU JUL 2014 and error upon login

Hi All,

Apply Patch 18122013 CPU JUL 2014 and receive error upon 1st login after patch "There are no active responsibilities available for this user".

Accessing via form directly, the responsibility is shown. The error happened on Oracle Application Homepage level.

Verifiied the patch logs, patch is completed successfully.

A job timing report has been generated for the current session.

You should check the file

    /u01/app/r12/R12PATCH/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/R12PATCH/out/adt59832.lst

for details.

Purging timing information for prior sessions.

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/u01/app/r12/R12PATCH/apps/apps_st/appl/ad/12.0.0/sql/adtpurge.sql 10 1000
