ASM disks not loading after disk reboot

I installed Oracle Grid infrastructure and Oracle Database (both 11.2.0.3) on linux RHEL6.3.  This is a standalone server using ASM disks.

All working ok, but when I rebooted server ASM database did not come up.

I followed note in ID 605828.1 about making permissions persistent, but when I query from the ASM database, permissions on disks (in /dev/ area) revert back to root ownership from grid ownership!! How does running a query against the ASM database alter the permissions of the os disks?

Oracleasm disks are owned by grid, and oracleasm is configured to be owner by grid

ls -l /dev/oracleasm/disks
