Bi Publisher reports not displayed using netscaler URL

OBIEE is working fine with netscaler URL but BI Publisher reports which were created using OBIEE analytics URL are all showing error using netscaler URL.

Does anyone know if any settings have to be done for netscaler to work and redirect publisher request to OBIEE URL?
