Installation 11.2.04

Hello to all,

First I did an installation of Oracle 11.2.03 on hpux 11.31 ia and all works fine.

After that I did an installation of Oracle 11.2.04 on hpux 11.31 ia on another Server, but it fails with:

"file not found, ORACLE_HOME/owb/external/oc4j_applications/applications/WFMGRApp.ear"


I see in the notes something with unpacking the first 2 zip files in one and the same director, but I already did that.
