Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Team

We have a big issue on Payables related with a payment and this issue is impeding the month closing JUL-14.

The payment cannot be accounted, We have executed the "Create Accounting" Process and the exceptions for this payment is the next error:

An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_JE_VALIDATION_PKG.balance_by_bsv_and_ledger_curr. Cannot get valid Code Combination ID.

I found this note but i don´t understand how to apply the action plan for resolve this issue:
