Assign rotating users
Good Day All,
Currently when a SR is created it is assigned to a single user and then this user assigned it to another CSR in our company.
My question is can I assign the SR owner in a round robin manner?
I have 3 CSR and I want to assign a Claim to CSR #1, the next Claim to CSR #2 , the next Claim to CSR #3, and then back to CSR #1.
Can I somehow use the SR assignement rules?
