Stacking of promotions in iStore Shopping Cart.

Hi All,

We have an issue in identifying what/how the promotions (modifiers) are getting applied.

Let me explain the current scenario happening in our instance.

 

1. we have defined a modifier "web discount" 5% and it has qualifier at item level (item type) and it gets applied every time on "add to cart" (automatic)

 

2. we have created one more modifier SAVE20 (manual) which offers 20% discount. This is applied by user manually by entering the value in the promo code section and click on apply button.

 

Issue : suppose we have an item with 100$ unit price and when this item gets added to the cart, the first modifier (web discount) gets applied and price gets reduced to 95
