You cannot exceed the cost limit for a C.A.P

Getting an error message in the interface from PO to AM "You cannot exceed the cost limit for a C.A.P.  You should either associate this asset with another C.A.P. or increase the cost limit on the C.A.P. that you are using."  However the CAP number does not appear to be changeable on the online pages.  How do I change the CAP number?
