How to set Discrete Job Scheduling Priority to fixed value?

ASCP Unconstrained based planning environment. We are releasing work Orders from Planner workbench. The Discrete Job scheduling priority value is picking up different values.

Our requirement is to always default the scheduling priority value to 10 in Discrete Job form (for orders released from the work bench). How can we achieve this?

Note: f we manually release from Discrete Job form the priority value defaults to 10.
