Rebuilding a Degraded RAID drive

Hi everyone, we have a production Sparc T4-1 with 6 drives attached to a LSI Megaraid SAS Raid HBA configured as RAID 1 for Disk 0 and 1, and RAID 5 for the remaining disks. We are also using MegaRAID Storage Manager. (Please see attachment below)

Problem is, the first drive has an amber alert, and the Virtual Disk is now labeled as "Degraded". I have a spare drive and I would just like to know would be what is the best way to rebuild and re-sync it to the RAID 1 Array? Tried to google around and landed to page 31 of  http://www.lsi.com/downloads/Public/Obsolete/MegaRAID%20i4/mr_i4_sg.pdf
