CE : Bank Account Transfer between 2 different currency , dont have option to Capture Exchange Rate

There is no option to perform the Bank Account Transfer between 2 Currencies (say Destination Bank Account (USD) which is your Foreign Currency & Source Bank Account (KES) which is your Functional Currency) when using Cash Management only.

Is there any work around available ?

The same can be achieved if Payment is involved and we are making the transaction settled using Functional currency.
