Field definitions for Item F4101Z1

Hello,

We want to upload Items using the Z file F4101Z1 but don't know what each field is used for?

I can view the field description explaining what the field is used for in the context help with JDE but there's loads of fields and I want to send out a document to the relevant people reviewing our items with all field descriptions

So, is there a document that explains what each field is in table F4101Z1?

I've tried to search for it but haven't managed to find it.
