Hi All, Does this error looks familiar to anyone?

"Your request has timed out.  To optimize your request, refer to the Optimizing Performance page on the Training and Support Center website.(SBL-DBC-00112)"

A customer got this error from SOAP response in his DataStage job which invoked CRMOD W/S querypage operation on several different record types.

This particular issue was extracting Contact records by using ModifiedDateExt as criteria. After 2 hours of Connection after extracting approximately 60000 Contacts, the datastage job was aborted with the Timeout. Please note Elapsed time indicates how long the Datastage Job was running.

Another time, the customer got this error when extracting Contact Role, which are not big volume of data.
