default measure style

I have a new measure data type is real, style is percentage(percentage is defined in style with % as suffix, 0.01 as scale factor) in the configuration.

After the domain is patched, why the new measure shows as #.## instead of ##%.
We save the user defined templates before patch, and copy them back after the patch, is it the reason?
